At Vamira Fashion, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's clothing that meets your expectations. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. We offer exchange only. The products purchased on our website can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.
- No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
- Exchange Only: We offer only exchange of product.
- Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
- Product Selection: You may select the same product or any other product from our store for exchange.
- Sale Items: Items marked as 'Sale' are non-exchangeable.
- Exchange Process is Approved Once Only.
- 5-Day Window: Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.
- Condition Required: The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. An Unboxing Video is required for exchange.
Follow these steps to initiate your exchange request:
- 1Contact our customer service team at +91 90230 71278 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate an exchange request.
- 2Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
- 3Attach your Unboxing Video to our support number on WhatsApp.
- 4Our team will guide you on how to send the item back, including shipping instructions and warehouse address.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping. You must send the return parcel to our warehouse address at your own cost.
- No Reverse Pickup: We currently do not have any reverse pickup service. Please be careful about this before initiating an exchange.
- Reverse Pickup Charge: If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, the customer will need to pay ₹250/- for reverse shipping charges.
- Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Unboxing Video is required.
Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized / customized products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different exchange conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly with the next fastest courier facility.
